Freecom DVB-T USB Stick and Vista

By robdev2006 on 16 February 2007

Recently purches a new laptop with vista home premium. tried to install freecoms dvb-t usb stick. the result was a corruption of my dvd drivers and i had to reinstall the os and other software from sctratch. each time i tried to run the total media software it asked me to install wmp9 or above. vista runs wmp11? if anyone knows how to resolve this please let me know. searched both microsoft and freecom for updates but no joy.

Rob, I use Vista 32 bit with the freecom stick. If you use media centre it works fine. If you use the bundled software it wont work, keeps asking for WMP9 or higher.

Cheers
George.

PS if you get vista drivers please let me know....
