If you've read the magazine, you'll have noticed a column investigating readers' purchases and aftercare
problems with computer hardware, software and internet services.
If you've been tearing your hair out over an ISP that can't seem to
connect you, had poor service from a high street or online retailer, difficulties
with a web host or can't get a hardware manufacturer to honour their
warranty, we can help you sort it out.
We don't just want to hear about the bad things, though; tell us your stories about great customer service, too!
