Refresh RSS feeds in Internet Explorer using a shortcut

In Internet Explorer options, there is a Feed Settings dialog box which allows you set the feed synchronization schedule. You can choose one of the following options in that dialog:
15 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
4 hours
1 day
1 week
