Windows Taskbar buttons start appearing from right side.

Q) When you open up a program, its tab appears on the left-hand side of the taskbar in rectangular form, right ? But I just now noticed that, the tabs have moved over to the right-hand side, next to the notification area, and they start from there first . . .
