CTRL+ENTER or CTRL+Q   - Mark a message as read 

CTRL+I  - Go to your Inbox 

CTRL+Y  - Go to a folder

CTRL+SHIFT+U  - Go to the next unread newsgroup conversation

CTRL+SHIFT+M  - Download newsgroup messages for offline reading
