IE7 on Vista : Troubleshooting Error Messages & Tips

In your Vista, if your Internet Explorer 7 gives you any one of the following error messages In Windows Vista, even after you log in with an administrators account; You must be an administrator to open Internet Explorer on this desktop or To open Internet Explorer, right-click the Internet Explorer icon, and then click 'Run as administrator' , then you may have to download an install this hotfix.
