Quicktime 7.5 - Error: -50

Quicktime 7.5 does not play any files. I get and error: -50

I installed quictime 7.4 and 7.5 and my Quictime no longer works. I have uninstalled quicktime, so I am not sure exactly what the error states. I have seen other people in blogs having the same issue, but no answers. Can anyone help?
