Due to manufacturing problems beyond our control, this disc was not included with issue 16. Retail copies of the magazine should have a red sticker on the front to make it clear that the DVD is not in the pack.

In the meantime, we are working with Microsoft to try to secure copies of Service Pack 1 on DVD that we can send out. This is not guaranteed, and there is likely to be a delay of six to eight weeks before we can get hold of copies.

If any readers would like more info on this, please drop me an email.
