wow! this seems far to long, and pc manufactures will stop liking microsoft and will get angry with them, if it will be 2009 then pc manufactures will turn to linux (just like dell in the US are doing now, along side windows)

I find that hard to believe. A service pack 2 years after the release of a new OS? I am sure Microsoft has heard all the gripes about Vista and waiting 2 years the uproar would even be louder.

Are these guys trying to have a laugh? Having read the article it seems to me that it is nothing other than another rumour to get the blood flowing. Has anyone noted that there aren't any articles to back up their assertion, just a lot of second hand information. I really cannot believe that MS would be as slow as that. J.B.
