If you want to delete a file in Windows Vista you probably just hit the DELETE key on the keyboard.

Well, this just sends the file to the Recyle Bin.

Perhaps you might want to delete a file without sending it there first?

If that is the case simply select the file as normal and then use the key combo:

 SHIFT + DELETE

This will then bypass the recyle bin and delete the file from your PC.
