What is an RSS feed?

Find out how you can use RSS to add self-updating listings from this site to your Vista Desktop, and personalizable homepages such Google
Published on 31 January 2007

RSS provides you with a way to add our news and features headlines to your personal homepages. For example, in less than a minute, you can add any of our news and features headline feeds to your personalized Google homepage, your Yahoo homepage, or a dedicated newsreader system such as newsgator or bloglines.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you can click on RSS feeds symbol in the Web browser toolbar to view the feed, and then click the Add to Favorites button to get subscription options.

Otherwise, simply copy the URL of the feed from your Web browser address bar, and use that to add the feed to your service such as Windows Live or Google.

Once you have added our feed, your special homepages will then instantly alert you to new material in the world of pensions professionals.
