1. Animated Behaviour

Creating SmartArt charts and tables in Word 2007 is easy, but in PowerPoint 2007 you can life to images too. Click on the SmartArt graphic, then on the Animations tab, and select the animation you want from the Animate list.

2. One Step Forward

The options available to you depend on the layout you use. Here we’ve chosen One by one so each shape is animated individually, one after the other, but other options let you animate everything at once.

3. One Step Back

To reverse the order of an animation click on the one you want to reverse. In the Animations group, which is under the Animation tab, click Custom Animation. You can only reverse animations rather than play them in a random order.

4. Second Step Back

Right-click the custom animation in the Custom Animation list and then choose Effect Options on the drop-down menu. Click the SmartArt Animation tab Reverse order and the animation will now run backwards.

5. Keep Still

Removing an animation is as simple as clicking on the graphic you want to remove then going to the Animations tab and clicking on No Animation in the Animate list. These tips should help you create eye-catching documents in no time.
