Internet TV giant Joost is now available to download by all!
Joost moves out of closed beta and goes into public beta testing
By NickO on Thursday, October 04, 2007
When Joost - the internet TV service that uses peer-to-peer technology - first came out, it was only available to download by those lucky enough to get invited, and it's been the same for many months since its release.
But now, you, your mum and dad, your best mate, and even your dog can download the free-to-use internet TV program.
It's a great time to start watching TV on Joost because unlike the months after its launch, there are loads of channels to watch now, including classic movies such as Patriot Games and a channel dedicated to legendary Indie band Oasis.
It’s got a brand new interface too, which is very similar to that of Windows Media Center. To download Joost Beta 1.0 for Windows Vista, go to www.joost.com.
