Microsoft launches new Windows Live Messenger service.

Microsoft has launched a new version of its Web-based Windows Live Services Suite. The free program packet includes the Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Photo Gallery, and Windows Live Writer services, among others.
