People who use computers all the time often bemoan the lack of exercise that comes with such a lifestyle. Who would have thought that spending a day in front of your computer would be more fun than slogging your guts out on a grueling run?
Well one man is on a mission to change this trend, a mission to change the habits of a generation- a mission to get fit…using a PC!
I will be starting my mission in Windows Vista: The Official Magazine issue three, out March 28. However, those interested in my quest for a new healthy lifestyle can follow my efforts in a video diary, using the power of the Internet.
