Every month in
Windows Vista: The Official Magazine, we hand
reviewing duties over to you. We then document your every thought and
fill four pages of the mag with large, glossy photos of you testing
each piece of technology to destruction.
We've received
substantial feedback that suggests that the Reader Test is one of the
most read features in the magazine. Unlike the majority of journalist
reviews, it shows how useful and easy to use a product will be for
people like you,
and adds an all-important personal edge to reviewing. It's a chance to
get yourself seen and heard by over 30,000 readers each month.
Depending
on what you're testing, reviews are either conducted here at Future HQ
in Bath, out in the country somewhere or in your own home.

This month, we've got
digital video cameras
for you to test out. We'll be conducting the shoot in Bath, most likely
outdoors. It'll be a week day, some time in the next couple
of weeks.
We'll pay your train fare, buy you lunch and take pictures of you trying out a mixture of high definition, standard definition, tape and hard-disk camcorders.
Excited?
You should be. Whether you've never used a camcorder before, have one
already or simply want a try-before-buy, email me at
