Review: FujiFilm FinePix F20

Digital photography is more than just a pastime. For most of us, it’s a passion. That’s why we love the FujiFilm FinePix F20. This pocket-size point-and-shoot gives you 6.3 megapixels of resolution in a 3.6 x 2.2 x 1-inch body that slides easily into and out of almost any pocket.
The F20 doesn’t leave you lagging when the moment comes. It performs admirably in a variety of lighting conditions, barely hesitating to capture quick snaps even in low-light situations with lots of movement. For video capture, the F20’s 30fps framerate means you can shoot smooth, sharp-looking home movies without carrying an extra camcorder around.
The FinePix F20 has a solid, sturdy feel, with comfortable controls that are easy to reach, even when you’re shooting single-handed. A large, accessible switch on the top lets you transition from photos to video capture without fumbling around, and the simple button layout on the back is easy to operate with just a thumb. The camera’s 2.5-inch LCD affords a clear preview of the shot and leaves little to the imagination.
